All wool felt comes in the order it is listed in the description, or in the order you list in the memo box, for easy identification.

When ordering more than 1 sheet of wool felt it may come in a continuous sheet, but is not guaranteed.

Shipping is actual. IF you paid too much. I will refund the difference, when it is over $2

I may make substitutions in felt or vinyl bundles, if colors are out of stock without prior notification. 

Sorry, Due to the nature of the product I do not do exchanges or refunds. I will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product. Any items sent back will have a 30% restocking fee. There are NO refunds on first initial shipping.

No Refunds or exchanges on Digital items.

Once your item leaves my facility and is in the hands of USPS. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or late packages. I will do my best to help as much as I can. Please know, I do my very best to ship your items quickly, with care, and a tracking number. This will ensure a safe delivery. If your item is lost or stolen and the tracking shows DELIVERED, there is nothing I can physically do. Please contact your local post office or your post person for further instructions.

You have 72 hours from delivery of your package to contact me with any issues or concerns. 

If you received the wrong item, please include a picture in your message claim.

If you didn't receive an item. First, make sure you UNROLL all your items to make sure it hasn't been tucked inside a roll. Please include a picture of the items your received in your package,  with a copy of the packing slip, that was included in your shipment. Items are double checked and photographed before they leave here to ensure a correct delivery of your items. Too many times, there has been instances with questionable items or items "not received"; this ensures that doesn't happen. 

If your items are received damaged or flawed, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery of your items. Once the 72 hours have passed, I will not refund or exchange any items. Please be sure to take pictures of the packaging, when applicable, and leave your items whole so that I can file claims with the manufacturer. Once items are cut, refunds will not be given. If items were purchased in the SALE SALE SALE section, All Sales are Final. 

The weight on Vinyl does become quite heavy. As we all know USPS isn't the most gentle, and the envelope is cardboard. I am more than happy to ship items differently, so they can lay flat, etc. Just let me know. I will re-calculate your shipping costs and invoice you for the difference. 

I choose the least expensive way to ship your items. If you have specific shipping needs please contact me and we can discuss the options. Depending how much your package weighs or where you are located in the US will depend on shipping costs to you. If this is a concern to you, please message me. Items may come in Tyvek mailers or flat rate shipping envelopes or boxes. Again, it depends where you live and how much your package weighs. Refunds will be given if the difference is more than $2.

Please note I do not sell items that are HTV, Heat applied or sticky adhesive. All the items sold in my shop are for EMBROIDERY AND SEWING MACHINES. Electric cutting machines are not recommended.

Most of the vinyl I offer is shipped from overseas. Not all vinyl is "perfect" Some vinyl rolls or sheets may have writing on the back, dusty dirt and have small imperfections on the front. I try my best to inspect every roll that leaves my hands but in some instances it may get overlooked. 

All vinyl rolls are cut by hand.

9x12" Inch Sheets

5.5-6x50-54" Inch half Rolls-Depending on the style of the vinyl you purchased. 

11.5x12x50-54" Regular Rolls-Depending on the style of the vinyl you purchased.

Please note rolls are priced by the size of the roll it has been cut.
